prayer for a new year and new life in christ

Father in heaven...
Thank you lord for another year and your endless grace and mercy upon our lives..
Lord your name is the highest on earth... highest in heaven... and in you have the highest place in my heart..
Lord thank you for giving us the gift of salvation through your son, our Lord jesus christ.
Thank you for every blessing that follows us, when we abide in jesus and make you the lord of our lives..
Lord thank you for choosing us to be a part of your great plan on this planet earth,for making us a part of your team... and to be used by you... for your kingdom and your glory..
Lord all that we have has been given by you.. and it fully belongs to you..

We will use the gifts and talents given by you for your glory only...
and not for our personal pride, greed and gain..
Lord you have promised that if we seek you with our full heart, you will meet all our needs... and I believe your word..

Lord I thank you that you have opened our eyes and now we can see and understand the truth..you are the way, the truth and Life..
you are the light of the world..
Lord we will not set our hearts on the things of the world, but will store our treasures in heaven with you,where no thief can steal and destroy...
Lord I know that you know all our needs, problems, desires, challenges and weaknesses..
Lord I surrender all to you today... and fully trust that you will do your perfect will in my life.. your will be done...
I ask your Blood covering upon myself and my family members..I ask for the gift of salvation for all my family members..
Lord I thank you that you will heal all the sickness and disease in my family.. You are the healer.. you are the deliverer..
Lord I believe that you will open doors for the right business, work and finances for my family.. My house will never lack any good thing and will be called a house of blessing..
Lord I ask for your peace and prosperity in my family.. jesus you said.. I give you my peace..
Lord I recieve that peace according to your word..
Lord you said in mathew 18:18whatever you bind on earth shall have been bound in heaven; and whatever you loose (release) on earth shall have been loosed in heaven.
Thank you Lord..Lord I bind every power of darkness, sickness, addiction, evil spirits and confusion in my life.. in the name of jesus...and I release your Peace, Joy and Blessings on everything that concerns us..

Lord bless my city, nation and the leaders of my country.. and if it is your will.. they may be able to recieve jesus as thier personal saviour...
Lord as I pray... I forgive each and every person who has hurt me or cheated me..
Has judged me or hated me.. also Lord... pls forgive me if I have wronged anyone or hurt anybody.. or dealt unfairly with anyone..

Lord protect me from all the tricks and traps of the enemy through your son jesus christ...
Let me never be tempted to compromise and live a worldly and a false fun life..
I am aware that the enemy is all around me.. ready to swallow me in his trap..
Your word says.. the enemy is like a roaring lion..
ready to kill, steal and destroy.. to make sure that gods people slip in and fall down..


Lord you are my sheild and my protection..
Lord cover us from every attack of the evil one..
Let my coming in and going out... and all my people be under your blood protection..
According to psalm 91.. danger will never come near my doors..

Lord you said even before we ask you know what we need and you have already appointed your angels over us..
I know you have heard and approved my prayer because I ask in the name of jesus..
you love me and you will surely honour my faith in you..
